- Do you offer services outside of the Omaha Metro area?
Yes, we have operating authority in all 48 states.
- How can I set up an account?
Setting up an account is simple. Click on “Login / New Account”, complete and submit form provided and we will contact you with your account information. You can also call 402-895-1115 and a member of our staff will set up an account for you.
- Do you provide same day deliveries?
Yes. FAST-TRAC has a wide range of delivery options to satisfy any shipping need. Whether you need your product delivered within an hour or simply by the end of the business day, FAST-TRAC will deliver on time so you can focus on other things!
- Do you handle Hazardous materials?
Absolutely. All of our drivers are required to have a Hazardous Material endorsement on their CDL.
- Can you deliver to a business that does not have a dock?
No problem. All of our Straight Trucks are equipped with lift gates which helps us facilitate deliveries to locations that do not have a dock.
- Do you offer storage?
Yes, we offer both long and short-term storage.
- Can you receive product at your facility and deliver to our customers?
Yes. FAST-TRAC is centrally located with a 20-door dock facility. With the variety and volume of equipment we offer, you can trust that your customer is receiving your product on time and as expected.
- Do you accept payments by credit card?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- Will your driver represent my company in a professional manner?
Yes. All of our drivers are uniformed and have completed a thorough background check. We understand the value of a brand and know that we are representing you with each delivery.
